Refund policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our 30 day money back guarantee allows you to return your item within 30 days in exchange for a refund, store credit or exchange. All items are subject to and must comply with both of the following to be eligible:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original, unused and re-sellable condition including any packaging used
- Please allow 3 business days for this process. Simply contact us at connellxonline@outlook.com to begin your returns process and check your eligibility. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method with 5 business days of us receiving your item(s).
Exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong item or need to change the size, contact us 30 days and we can exchange your item for another one that better suits you. Contact connellxonline@outlook.com to begin your exchange process and check your eligibility.
Store credit will be emailed to your original email address and will be issued in the form of a code that is valid for 1 year and can be entered at checkout.
Received a damaged item?
Before shipping your item, we thoroughly inspect each order before shipment but unfortunately items can become damaged through shipping. If your item has arrived damaged, please send photo & video evidence to connellxonline@outlook.com so our Quality Assurance Team can inspect your item for genuine or inauthentic damage.
If your damaged item is approved, we will email you to begin processing a refund or store credit. The cost of the item plus any postage fees will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days should you want a refund. A store credit code will be issued to your email to be used at checkout which will be valid for 1 year should you wish to receive store credit for the cost of the item and postage.
Shipping Refunds
You will be responsible for any shipping cost of returning/exchanging your item. We recommend posting your item(s) with a tracking number. All shipping costs are non refundable or creditable.
Changing Shipping Information/Ordered Product(s)
If you have entered the wrong address, simply need to change the address or need to change your order, email us within 1 hour and will be able to change this for you. As we aim to ship all of our orders within 1-2 business days for the fast shipping times, it is unlikely we will be able to change your address or order after 1 hour of placing your order as your shipping label has already been purchased. However, do still get in touch and we will inform you whether it will be possible to make any changes.
If it is not possible to change your address, or order, this is because we have already shipped your order. At this time we cannot make any changes to your order and you, the buyer will be responsible for contacting the postal service to change your address if required. Connellx takes no responsibility for making changes to your address or order for orders that have already been shipped. If your parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you and arrange shipping to the new address.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at connellxonline@outlook.com within 1 hour and we can arrange this for you. We ship each order between Monday-Friday and after 1 hour this may not be possible as your order may have already been shipped. If your order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
